Valley Ridge Area

The roadway proposed for improvement in the Valley Ridge
neighborhood is shown in more detail on the map to the right.

This area has not had major rehabilitations performed since the original construction (only maintenance activities such as crack seals, chip seals, and pothole patching). The project area still needs to be evaluated, but anticipated improvements are likely to include:

• Pavement reconstruction
• ADA improvements
• Stormwater management
• Sanitary sewer replacement
• Watermain replacement

Lake Susan Hills Drive Area
