Issue

The purpose of this hearing is to consider amendments to Chapter 6 of the Chanhassen City Code that would:
-  Raise the Slow–No Wake elevation for Lake Minnewashta
-  Shorten the amount of time area lakes must remain below the Slow–No Wake level before lifting the restriction
-  Remove outdated language from the ordinance that no longer applies
