Issue
The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code regarding inclusion of a density bonus for housing projects guided for at least eight (8) units per acre. A bonus of up to 25% additional units would be possible if those additional housing units are made affordable to at least 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
