Overview

The Park & Recreation Commission acts as an advisory board to the City Council, reviewing all recreation, leisure, and park-related issues. These issues include park development and implementation of the Recreation Section of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The commission is comprised of seven adult members and one or two youth representatives (age 16-18).

Members

The members of the Park & Recreation Commission serve three-year staggered terms and are appointed by the City Council.
