Overview

The Engineering Department will provide digital copies (when available) of lot dimensions upon request for a fee based on a rate of $40/hour plus tax, billed in 15-minute increments per lot or request plus $5 per CD.

Lot dimensions can also be obtained at no charge from the Carver County GIS Mapping Applications website.

There are two options for retrieving lot dimensions at this link:

1. Insert the parcel address or PID in the white search box. 
   1. On the left side of the screen, under Property Information, click on General.
   2. Click View Available Plat. 
   3. Click on the plat file name link, which will go to a PDF of the plat. Find the parcel to locate lot dimensions.

   2. Click on Measure and use one of the measuring tools to measure what you are looking for.

Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
