Pickleball

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with a hard paddle and a wiffle ball. Although pickleball appears to be very similar to tennis, there are key differences that make pickleball more accessible to a wider range of players, particularly seniors.

Line Dancing

Line dance is easy to learn, fun, and terrific exercise. It’s becoming more popular than ever as more places offer dancing. Our award winning instructor/choreographer, Holly Tischler, teaches a variety of fun modern and classic line dances to a variety of music genres. Line dancing improves health, enriches your memory, reduces stress, and increases energy levels!

The slow, fluid movements of Tai Chi promote balance and relaxation. This is the perfect way to learn this ancient Chinese health exercise. All movements are performed standing. The fun, informative classes are taught by a gifted instructor who has led the art of Tai Chi for over 30 years.
