Overview
Roers Companies has been approved to redevelop approximately 4 acres of property near the intersection of West 78th Street and Market Boulevard. The 4 acres previously consisted of the Country Inn & Suites and the closed Chanhassen Cinema.
The approved plans for the redevelopment include two buildings, which will include five new commercial tenant spaces totaling nearly 15,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space to be used for restaurants, retail, or additional commercial services. Upper stories will consist of approximately 310 market-rate apartments and amenity decks. The buildings themselves have a variety of building heights, including areas that are one, two, five, and six stories tall.
The project will include approximately 408 structured underground parking stalls some of which will be available for use by the general public who are patronizing commercial tenants as well as surface parking to support residential and commercial uses.
Project Construction Timeline
- September, 2027 | Anticipated opening of Bennett (west building)
- December, 2026 | Anticipated opening of Harlow (east building)
- March, 2025 | Demolition of existing structures
