Description
Consider a request for site plan approval at Minnetonka Middle School West to allow for a building addition and site alterations, located at 6421 Hazeltine Boulevard. Zoned Office Institutional District.

The addition will include four new science labs on the northwest corner of the building and a new gymnasium on the east side of the building. Additional site improvements include the construction and reorientation of the outdoor track and athletic field and the rerouting of the drop-off and pick-up queue.
