July 27, 2026 Update:  The Applicant has rescinded their application requesting a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning of two properties, located at 1190 and 1200 Lyman Boulevard.  

Description: The applicant proposed a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning of two properties, located at 1190 Lyman Boulevard and 1200 Lyman Boulevard. 

If approved, the comprehensive plan amendment would have reguided the land use designation from Residential Low Density to Commercial. 

The two properties are currently zoned as Agricultural Estate District (A2), and the request if approved was to rezone the two properties to Neighborhood Business (BN).

The Applicant and Property Owners had only submitted an application requesting approval to reguide the land use for the two properties and to approve a rezoning. No formal site plan application had been submitted or was requested to be approved at that time. The below sketch site plan was meant for illustration purposes only and intended to demonstrate an example for how the property could be developed if the application that had been submitted for the land use amendment and rezoning requests was approved.
