Current Proposed Developments:

Proposed Development Logo_2023Proposed Development Signs

Have you seen this sign around Chanhassen? When a landowner proposes developing their property, the city posts these signs on the affected property approximately three weeks before the public hearing at the Planning Commission. The city encourages and welcomes public input and comments on development in our community. The sign aims to inform the public of the proposal and invite public interaction. Pending development applications are listed in the table below by category and can be viewed by clicking on the left-hand links on this page.

Public Comment

If you aren’t able to attend the public hearing in person, you may send your comments via email to be included in the agenda packet. The agenda is generally published the Wednesday before the planning commission meeting.

Comments received by noon on the day of the public hearing can be added to the packet. Emails after that time will be shared with the commission, but the packet won’t be republished.

Emailed public comments should be sent to projectcomments@chanhassenmn.gov
