Here’s what to expect:

Phase 1 (April 6–14)

• Both directions of 78th Street between Market and Laredo will be closed starting April 6. Northbound to City Hall will also be closed at this intersection. We will open it up as soon as possible.
• Eastbound 78th at Market Blvd. is expected to reopen by the end of that week.
• Westbound 78th will remain closed between Laredo Dr. & Market Blvd. 

Phase 2 (April 13–30)

• Westbound 78th remains closed, extending the closure area through Laredo Dr.
• The north half of Laredo Drive at 78th Street will also be closed.
• Road expected to be re-opened April 30. 

Phase 3 (Coming later this spring / summer)

• We do not know the exact timing and extent of the impacts, but at certain points, 78th Street at Laredo Dr. Intersection will be fully closed, impacting both eastbound & westbound traffic.
• Right-turn access at Laredo Drive will be open during this phase.
