Phase II construction is moving forward at City Center Park. In our latest video update and walking tour, we take a look at the early progress on the stage structure and park pavilion building, which will include community spaces, restrooms and a concessions area. While much of the visible activity ramps up this spring, important groundwork is already complete as the former City Hall site transforms into a new downtown park opening next summer.
