Name of project: Highway 5 Improvements: Noise Analysis Town Hall
Details of the project: Highway 5 improvements include expanding the highway from two to four lanes west from Highway 41 in Chanhassen to Downtown Victoria.
Who is charge of the project? Carver County, along with project partners Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), the University of Minnesota’s Landscape Arboretum and the cities of Chanhassen and Victoria.

Name of project: 82nd St. and Highway 11/14 Roundabout project
Details of the project: The 82nd St. Project will complete a missing regional connection of Highway 18 (82nd St.) between Highway 13 (Bavaria Rd.) and Highway 41 and improve the local highway, pedestrian, and bicycle networks for projected area growth. The Highway 11/14 Roundabout Project will construct a roundabout at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 14 in Victoria. The project will improve signage, lighting, and sightlines, as well as reduce wait times and severe crashes. Both transportation improvement projects will be constructed in 2025.
Who is in charge of the project? The Highway 18/82nd St. Project is a collaboration between Carver County, the University of Minnesota’s Landscape Arboretum and the cities of Chaska, Chanhassen and Victoria. The Highway 11/14 Roundabout project is a partnership between Carver County and the City of Victoria.

Name of project: Highway 41/10 Project
Details of the project: Carver County, in collaboration with MnDOT and Chaska, has identified and will implement transportation system improvements on County Highway 10 from Bavaria Road to Park Ridge Drive in the City of Chaska. Highway 10 is an important roadway in Carver County providing connections to multiple communities and accommodating vehicle, pedestrian, bicycle, transit and freight traffic alike. The goal with this project is to improve transportation system issues and potential opportunities both today and into the future.
