Residents are invited to learn more about several street improvement projects planned for 2027 at upcoming public open houses. 

Lake Riley Boulevard Reconstruction Project

The city is evaluating the rehabilitation of Lake Riley Boulevard. Several options for street width are being explored. The project is planned for construction in 2027. 

2027 City Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The city is evaluating improvements in the Valley Ridge, Lake Susan Hills Drive, West 86th Street and Dakota Avenue areas. Work includes pavement rehabilitation, ADA improvements, stormwater management improvements and spot repair of sanitary sewer and watermain infrastructure.
