Chanhassen has been recognized as one of the best places to live in Minnesota for 2026 by HomeSnacks.

The annual ranking evaluated 148 Minnesota cities with populations above 5,000 using factors including household income, unemployment, crime, education levels, commute times, health insurance coverage and poverty rates.

Chanhassen was recognized for its strong local economy, low unemployment and quality of life.

HomeSnacks also noted the community’s access to amenities and destinations such as the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. The recognition puts Chanhassen among a group of communities across the state that scored highly across economic, housing, safety and quality-of-life measures.
